According to the agreement reached with the authorities of Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, on July 11, the OSCE mission conducted a regular monitoring of the contact line of armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the direction of Askeran. During the monitoring OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen Igor Popov / Russia / Robert Bradtke / USA / Jacques Fore / France / and OSCE current president’s Personal representative / CPPR/ Andjey Kaspshik / Poland / , arrived in the region on a regular visit, crossed the line of the armed forces through a special mine-free sectors.
From the RNK Defense Army positions OSCE current President's Personal Representative’s /CPPR / field Assistants Antal Herdich / Hungary / and Jiri Aberle / Czech Republic / were in the monitoring group. From the opposite side of the contact line the monitoring held OSCE CPPR field assistants Khristo Khristov / Bulgaria / and William Prayor / United Kingdom /. From the Karabagh side the monitoring mission was accompanied by the representatives of RNK Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense.
