“Hraparak”: Tsarukayn didn’t “Manage” to Attend First Lady’s Mother’s Requiem

Whole elite of Armenia, ARP whole personnel, “Rule of Law” party with the head of Artur Baghdasaryan and Mher Shahgeldyan, PAP former ministry corpus – Vardan Vardanyan, Harutyun Kushkyan, Artur Grigoryan, attended First Lady’s mother’s funeral.
After the funeral Hovik Abrahamyan returned to Armenia to meet Valentina Matvienko. Neither Robert Kocharyan nor Gagik Tsarukyan attended the funeral.
Despite the fact, that one of the PAP representatives, who left for Belarus with Tsarukyan, said; “We have just seen Tsarukyan off (on Tuesday, at 10 pm), I guess he’ll manage to attend the funeral.”
It turns out that he didn’t “manage”.
