“Zhoghovurd”: Manuk Vardanyan is in the Black List of Serzh Sargsyan

According to the information of reliable sources Minister of Transport and Communication, Rule of Law party member Manuk Vardanyan appeared in the black list of Serzh Sargsyan. The thing is, that he managed to ruin “North-south-highway” program and wasted the money.
What happened is serious in the sense that the program was realized with the money received from abroad and the authorities today have problems receiving money from abroad. According to the information of “Zhoghovurd” because of all that S.Sargsyan didn’t include him neither in the Parliament nor permitted him to become a deputy.
And the newly appointed Minister of Transport and Communication ordered to present a “plan-project” and within short period of time. The efforts of the magazine to get any explanation from Manuk Vardanyan; from his close circles it was informed that the former deputy is absent from the country.
