NK
Recently Lurer.com found on the Internet the photo of the polling station No 25 of Martuni Village, where the bad-provided condition is obvious. Concerned about the unsafe condition of the polling station, Lurer.com called the CEC representative of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Raya Nazaryan to get explanation. The latter said that the polling station is situated in the club of Nngi Village.
“Yes, you’re right the appearance of the building needs repair, but the fact of being unsafe we’ll find out”, said the CEC representative.
To the question how the polling station are chosen and whether the unsafe condition is being checked, Raya Nazaryan replied:
“Polling stations and electoral districts are chosen the following way: the head of the community, the representatives of Police and local district, 45 days before elections, pay a check visit; if the facility needs repair, allocates funding for the reconstruction and before elections the polling station is repaired. As for the polling station that you’ve mentioned, I think that it’ll also be repaired before elections.”
To remind you, the presidential elections of NK will be held on July 19.
