The President of RNK Supreme Court Violates the Election Code: Vitali Balasanyan

Valeri Balasanyan - Presidential candidate in Artsakh presidential elections, informs Lurer.com, that some Artsakh officers started activities on Facebook social network concerning RNK elections . Among them is Aramayis Avagyan,the president of RNK Supreme Court, who spreads materials on his Facebook page on president candidate Bako Sahakyan’s campaign and speaks for the candidate.
Note, that according to the RNK Election Code’s 2nd part of the 4th point of the 19th article, Judges, Police officers, NSS officers, Prosecutor’s office staff, military officers are forbidden to run an electoral campaign and spread campaign materials of any type.
