Does ARF Support Vitali Balasanyan ?

According to reliable information, from seven ARF committees in Artsakh four of them decided to support Vitali Balasanyan in the presidential elections. Three of them took a neutral position. But the ARF Artsakh Central Committee under the pressure of Hrant Margaryan made a decision opposing the will of local authorities, reports Lragir.am.

According to the source after the decision of Central Committee, Stepanakert city committee and Martakert regional committee expressed uncertainty to ARF Artsakh Central Committee. Discussions in other committees still continue.
