“Zhoghovurd”: If AMN was Resettling RNK, Today the Country is Empty

Population in RNK is becoming less and less.
In an interview with the newspaper citizens of Stepanakert were complaining saying if after ceasefire ANM authorities were realizing programmed resettling of Karabakh and of the liberated territories, then today the country is empty. “During Ghukasyan’s governing there was some hope, he was not also doing much, but people were free, now this “KGB dog” has come and made the country a big colony…At that time we were more free, when there was war, rather than now”, complained one of the citizens.
The people of Artsakh also complained of lack of conditions, instead the business branches belonging to authorities and particularly to RNK President Bako Sahakyan are prospering.
