“Haykakan Zhamanak”: “Tsarukyan” Charitable Foundation Violated the Law on “Charity”

The newspaper was informed that after having analyzed PAP head Gagik Tsarukyan’s godson’s (Palach) application, the Government found out that the “Tsarukyan” Charity Foundation has violated the law on “charity”.
According to the sources of the newspaper, the government applied to the Ministry of Transport and Communication in order to handle appropriate measures. According to the same sources, it was stated in the document that “Tsarukyan” has violated 5 points of the law mentioned above.
Economic Competition Commission was also informed about this, where Palach has also applied. However, the director of “King de Luxe” company, belonging to the latter, Artur Dallakyan informed the reporter that he hasn’t received any official document yet, but he was waiting for it. Dallakyan also stated that the drivers of the company are intended to close Abovyan-Yerevan highway on Friday, to restart strike, which they ceased last week. According to Dallakyan Palach hasn’t returned to Armenia yet.
