“Hraparak”: Vladimir Gasparyan doesn’t Answer to the Calls of Vazgen Sargsyan’s Mother

For many years Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan was going to Yerablur early in the morning on March 5 and October 27, cutting heads of white roses one by one, making a carpet around Vazgen Sargsyan’s grave, standing for a long time and leaving.

But according to well-informed sources, recently Gasparyan isn’t answering the calls of mother Greta’s - Vazgen’s mother’s calls and the latter just wanted to congratulate him on his new position.
