“Zhoghovurd”: Taron Margaryan’s “Blind” Decision

“Zhoghovurd” has already informed that Yerevan municipality in the area near Noragavit allocated 10 hectares land for the purpose of constructing a football field. The inhabitants have complained repeatedly that their fertile gardens are facing the danger of destruction.

So, yesterday press speaker of AFF Arayik Manukyan informed the newspaper that they refused the idea of constructing a football field.
“Yes, they allocated but Ruben Hayrapetyan refused from the area, because there are lots of fruitful trees there. How can we cut the trees? In case of allocating crude land we’re ready to construct one”, he stated.
And why the mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan has made such a “blind” decision, allocating land with fertile trees for the construction of a field is incomprehensible.
