The Number of the Voters in RNK Started to Float after Closing down the Voting Precincts

In the chart publicized in the RNK CEC website, where the number of the voters and the participation rate based on regions in the Republic of Artsakh are cited.
After the closing down of the voting precincts, at 9 pm, RNK CEC publicized the participation rate of the voters (based on regions), where surprising anomalies did already exist. Particularly, the participation rate of the voters recorded in the voting precinct of RNK representation in Yerevan was 107.2 %, on which we reported a little while ago.
During the last hour not only the number of voters changed in the website (though the voting precincts have been closed down 2 hours ago) but also the number of voters according to the voting lists.
So, after the closing down of RNK voting precincts, in the last 1 hour the number of voters has quite changed (according to the voting lists). Instead of 99254 voters there are 99190 at present in Artsakh. And the number of voters decreased from 72833 to 72823. Note, that the election lists are being formulated several days before the voting day , and any true or false, received or not received data from a voting precinct, could not decrease the number of Artsakh citizens who have the right to vote.

The number of voters has also changed in the regions of Askeran, Hadrut, Martakert, Martuni, Shahumyan and Shushi.
