“Zhoghovurd”: ARP Tries to Avoid the Responsibility of Balloon Explosion

By all means the ARP tries to avoid the responsibility of balloon explosion of May 4 as a result of which more than 150 people suffered. As it’s known now they try to lay responsibility on Serob Bozoyan who had filled the balloons.
Yesterday reporter of “Zhoghovurd” asked head of ARP youth organization Karen Avagyan whether he bore moral responsibility for what happened. “And do you bear moral responsibility for Your question?” with the typical cynism announced young ARP member and hung up the phone.
