“Hraparak”: District has been Built in the name of Putin in Lichq Village in Gegharkunik

Seems that what connection should Gegharkunik region have with RF and its President Vladimir Putin. But it’s just from the first sight; in fact it has and it’s very close.
Every prosperous family living in this district has a representative which left the country for work in Russia, and which sends the lion share to homeland, so people are grateful to Russian authorities for improvement of their lives. On the other side of highway, in front of Lichq village new district is being constructed. The inhabitants of the village told that inception of the district coincided with Putin’s first inauguration. So, in honor of the latter and people left for Russia the district was named after Putin.
