Russian Observers Qualified RNK Elections as Legitimate

The Russian delegation, consisting of 16 members, which carried out an observer mission in, yet not recognized, NK elections, today released its final report, in which it qualified the elections as legitimate,- the RIA Novosti reports.
The RF observers gave a high assessment to the elections, noting that it was carried out in the scope of political struggle.
According to them, not a single serious violation has been fixed on the election day, and some occurred drawbacks are of technical nature.
