“Haykakan Zhamanak”: The Police Lied till this Day

The police lied saying that RA passports are printed in France. Yesterday reporter of the newspaper asked police officers whether it’s true that passports are printed in publishing house of Djrvezh.
The most ridiculous was that in the Police besides Deputy Chief of Police Artur Osikyan no one knew the answer to the question, as far as heads of different police structures, present at the meeting with reporters, after hearing this question began to laugh taking it for a joke. The one who didn’t laugh was Osikyan.

He said: “Last year the competition announced by the Police, yes, was realizing French company….At the new competition in May, with an additional competition won the Armenian company, as a result of which, yes, since this day the Armenian company is also going to serve.”
Of course, this can have favorable influence on the coming elections to provide “sufficient” number of voters.
