“Hraparak”: The Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police is in the Center of Public Attention

The Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police Robert Melkonyan, known as Bazaz, who is one of the active Facebook users and appears with philosophical interpretations of events, appeared in the center of public attention.
To such a degree, that “legends” are made up around him. There is talk that Melkonyan isn’t the author of his notes and those texts are dictated to him by the flight of thought of the policeman, to develop public opinion about his new image.
Melkonyan resented that his pearls are attributed to others.
“Is it good or bad?” reacted he, stating that it’s the problem of those who are surprised, “The Police has good, educated specialists, who are able to appear with this kind of judgments, and if you’re suspicious, you can socialize and be convinced.”
