On July 22 at 00:29 an alarm was received, that the inhabitant of the 29th flat of the 4th building on Lvovyan street, Yerevan, does not respond to the doorbell and the telephone calls: rescuers’ assistance is needed to open the door. A special rescue team arrived at the scene. The rescuers opened the door and found the body of Y.Hakobyan, born in 1939, on the living room floor.
