Today at the press conference Hayk Khanumyan, assistant to Vitali Balasanyan, complained of the Armenian MPs who visited Artsakh with an observatory mission. In order to get explanation Lurer.com contacted chairman of “Free democtars” party, Heritage party member Khachatur Kokobelyan, which said that the statement isn’t based on reality.
“The Armenian observers of RA Parliamentary Group were in different polling stations. I was with Hrant Bagratyan, Sharmazanov was also with us. We asked proxies of Vitali Balasanyan in different polling stations, what complaints they had and in all the stations we received the same answer, that they didn’t have any complaint. Such kind of statements don’t bring honor to them”, stated Khachatur Kokobelyan.
