Artsakh doesn’t Distinguish “Enemy” and “Opposition”: Hayk Khanumyan

NKR candidate for President Vitali Balasanyan’s assistant Hayk Khanumyan in a meeting with reporters made reference to the interview published in “Aravot” daily, where representative of a leading force of Artsakh declared that opposition of people of Artsakh is Azerbaijan.

“That is to say Artsakh doesn’t distinguish the “enemy” and the “opposition” yet. We’re lucky that opposition representative Vitali Balasanyan was an Artsakh hero, which liberated Aghdam, was chief of staff of Qelbajar operation, liberator of Omar, which headed the largest regiment at war and gave the least losses, which knows value of a soldier, a man which brought the most captives from Azerbaijan by means of an exchange. If the candidate for opposition didn’t have this biography, it’s not clear what they could have done with him”, stated Hayk Khanumyan.
