"Dear compatriots!
The fifth Presidential elections of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh are already a history. These elections became the new victory of our people, on the way of building a legal country and the realization of national dreams, it was another manifestation of high civil position and wisdom of Arthakh. Artsakh people once again reaffirmed their commitment to international norms and principles and to the irreversibility of the road towards building a free, independent and fair country.
I’m deeply grateful to all the citizens of Artsakh, for participating in the elections, to those who voted for me, expressing their strong trust in me, and to those who supported other presidential candidates. As the President of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, there is no greater and obliging strength for me than my people's trust and responsibility towards our country's future. And we are ready and confident in creating the future.
I also express my gratitude to the international observers who have followed this election, and qualified as fit to international standards, fair and transparent elections. Their opinion, evaluations and suggestions are very important for the establishment of our country, for the development of democratic institutions.
During these five years extensive work has been carried out in our country, but there is still much to do. We are going to be consistent in solving the existing problems, in eliminating the drawbacks and in correcting the deficiencies. The best will be done towards the further development and strengthening of the country, for strengthening the combat readiness of our army, for the continuous improvement of living standards of our nation, for the expansion and deepening of Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity. I am confident that together we can successfully carry out our national goals and aspirations and will definitely record new victories.
Let’s continue the started -for Artsakh, for the sake of our future.”
