“Hraparak”: Vardan Ghukasyan is Leaving PAP

Chairman of the organizational commission of ARP Ruben Tadevosyan in an interview with the reporter confirmed the information that Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan wrote an application to leave ARP. He has no party affiliation any more.
