“Zhoghovurd”: MES has already Given the Conclusion of Balloon Blast

RA Ministry of Emergency Situations has already given the conclusion of balloon blast filled with gas on May 4 at the rally of ARP in the Republic Square.
MES fire chief of staff Avetik Mkrtchyan informed “Zhoghovurd” that the act was sent to Prosecution by MES and from there to the Police. In an interview with the newspaper head of the Department of Investigation of Especially Important Cases of General Investigation Department of RA Police Arsen Ayvazyan said, “We received the conclusion, according to which balloons had been filled with methane pressed gas and the reason of blast was the open fires; in general methane gas is dangerous when mixed with air, an explosive mixture is formed. That mixture is very sensitive to fire, because of what the blast occurred.”
And whose order was to fill balloons with methane, the Police doesn’t publish yet.
