“Hraparak”: The Officer Beat a Soldier

Another incident is registered in Ararat military unit. According to the information that the newspaper received soldier Grigor Tonapetyan was beaten by captain Kirakosyan at military positions.
At the moment the soldier is in MoD Muratsan military hospital with cranial injury.
The newspaper tried to clarify details from the Ministry of Defense. Press Speaker Artsrun Hovhannisyan said that material are being prepared and will be sent to Division of Criminal Investigation.

Other details weren’t given; according to the information of the newspaper, the reason for beating was the fact that Grigor Tonapetyan didn’t greet the commander appropriately, which visited the position, and this irritated the latter.
