Armenia has 65,100 Officially Registered Unemployed

Armenia has 65,100 officially registered unemployed as of July 1, 2012, national statistical service said.
At the end of July 2012, the number of job seekers in Armenia reached 77,000, while 65,053 out of them were registered as unemployed.
According to the statistical service, 659 people were employed in January, 881 – in February, 965 – in March, 1037 – in May and 941 - in June.
Here are the figures on those receiving unemployment allowances: 14,100 received it in January, 13,600 – in February, 13,300 – in March, 13,800 – in April, 13,300 – in May and 16,347 – in June.
