“Zhoghovurd”: Arayik Qotanjyan will Resign soon

According to the information of the newspaper, head of Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district Arayik Kotanjyan will resign soon.
Apparently,head of Compulsary Enforcement Service Mihran Poghosyan (Katherine Mihran) “prepared a pitfall for him”, which wants to have his own head of municipal district besides having his own MP (he reported to the higher authorities, that Kotanjyan worked for the benefit of PAP).
It’s even spoken that maybe ARP member Kotanjyan won’t come back, but in an interview with the newspaper he said, “I’m at work now and don’t have such information. I didn’t resign.” To the question, why he’s so confident that he wouldn’t resign and whether the reason is that Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan is his children’s godfather, the head of municipal district replied rudely, “I work at my place.
