“Aravot”: Is Bjni the 49th or 569th in the List of Large Taxpayers?

The list of 1000 large taxpayers which was published these days, Bjni Mineral Water company is the 49th, and accordingly the factory paid about 900 millio AMD.
In 2012 this factory with the decision of Administrative Court was sold with 4 billion 67 million 201 thousand 600 AMD which was bought by “RRR Mineral Water Factory” CJSC belonging to NA MP Ruben Hayrapetyan. “RRR”Mineral Water Factory, which mines and sells Bjni mineral water, is the 569th in the list of 1000 large taxpayers, with 71 million tax payments.
Taking into consideration that the same factory paid different taxes under different names, the newspaper tried to clarify from State Revenue Committee, whether the 900 million AMD paid by “Bjni Mineral Water Factory” is the part of the amount to be paid for the factory bought at an auction. To mention, according to spread information Ruben Hayrapetyan has to pay about 4 billion AMD for “Bjni Mineral Water Factory” part by part, from which 500 and 900 million has already been paid.
To the written questioning the State Revenue Committee didn’t respond, “In response to your questionind we inform, that “Bjni Mineral Water” factory paid 901 million AMD taxes and payments as of July 1, 2012.”
The newspaper again questioned State Revenue Committee and again clarified the question, whether it was the amount of factory sale, but the reply was – we have nothing to add.
