Sargsyan-Putin Meeting Took Place: Not a Single Word about Eurasion Union

Today Serzh Sargsyan meet President of RF Vladimir Putin in Moscow. Issues within the framework of Eurasian integration processes, particularly within CIS, CSTO circles have been discussed, as well as security provision in Caucasus.
As the official website of Kremlin informs, at the meeting Vladimir Putin stated that Armenian citizens working in Russia send to their families about $1 billion annually, which is the considerable part of Armenia’s GDP.
“We have extended the terms of Russian military base in Armenia. We believe that the presence of Russian military base is in our interests”, emphasized the RA President, stating that in the autumn of this year maneuvers will be conducted within the framework of Collective Security Treaty Organization.
Serzh Saygsyan also stated that “We consistently deepen relations with Russia and we’d like to increase political discussions at higher levels.”
