Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan applied to the Gyumri Police for the certificate of permanent residence. This information was confirmed to Lurer.com by officer of Police Public Relations and Information Department Armen Malkhasyan.
It’s supposed, that Vardan Ghukasyan is preparing documents to nominate his candidacy for Gyumri mayor.
For the present, Samvel Balasanyan from PAP was nominated, to which ARP will support and ARF member Hovsep Simonyan self-nominated.
To note, deadline of candidate nomination is August 10.
