The Best is Being Done not to Solve the Harsnaqar Case and Punish the Culprits

Lawyers Tigran Yegoryan and Lusine Hakobyan spread an announcement, which we present below:
"The police investigation of the KGV HKG, considering that Harsnaqar restaurant complex in the yard in 2012. on June 17 and filed in the case of a criminal case under review by the department to gather sufficient evidence for a complete investigation of the case materials, in order to get them on.
“Yesterday the Investigative Department of Especially Important Cases of Police Criminal Case Department, considering that there are enough proofs concerning the case initiated and being investigated on occasion of Harsnaqar restaurant complex case, occurred on June 17, 2012, announced about the termination of the preliminary investigation of one part of the case and about disposing the materials to the sides in order to familiarize with those.
We inform that we, the representatives of Vahe Avetyan's successor and the remaining four victims, have been presented the materials yesterday, at about 10 pm, by the investigator of the same department- Roman Sardaryan, who personally visited our office in order to hand them.
All the materials of the case consist of three volumes, the pages of which are more than 1000. We have been notified that on August 10 at 10:00 am we are invited to the Department in order to present our intersection of the case. And this is done when Arsen Ayvazyan- the head of the division of crimes against human rights and health, informs us the same morning, that when reporting on the case to the prosecutor’s office, he gained an agreement on disposing a reasonable time to the lawyers to familiarize with the materials.
It’s obvious that the time disposed to us is not reasonable for getting familiarized with the case and presenting intersections. It’s not even reasonable time to read a more small-volume fiction book- something that doesn’t require to present serious analysis and intersections. In order to ensure, we offer Arsen Ayvazyan to participate in the lawyer experiment proposed by us, and to read the “Treasure island” (which is probably out of the school program) for all the citizens concerned about the fair conclusion of the case, in front of the Department of Especially Important Cases from today, at 17.30 until 17.30 tomorrow.
And we demand the Department of Especially Important Cases and the Prosecutor’s Office to take into account the seriousness of the case and the already observed grave violations and run-outs, and to dispose us 1 month for familiarizing with the materials of the case, only in the case of which it’ll be possible to actively participate in the preliminary investigation, to disclose the case and charge the real culprits.
