Spayka Company Cheats Farmers?

Information was spread on Facebook social network that Spayka company took 400 tones of fruit worth about 40 million AMD from nearby villages of Ashtarak and didn’t pay the money. Farmers are upset and don’t know who to apply for support.
Lurer.com tried to get explanations from Spayka company. They told us to call an hour later and head of the department Karen Baghdasaryan would answer our questions.
An hour later we contacted them, and they said Karen Baghdasaryan came but left again.
It turns out, that he is competent to answer such kind of questions. Our request to give his mobile phone number was rejected.
Does Spayka company avoid to give explanation to this issue?
