“Hraparak”: Connection Failures of Armentel the work of Competitors?

Recent months connection failures of Armentel arose serious problems. It reached to the point that a group of users wrote a letter to chairman of The Public Services Regulatory Commission Robert Nazaryan demanding to deprive of Armentel license as far as during the last months the connection failed for about 5-6 hours for the third time.
The newspaper informed that despite Armentel doesn’t confess publicly, these failures have mysterious character, they repeat every 30-40 days and professionals aren’t able to find the reason. It can be supposed that it’s the work of their competitor’s, but Armentel avoids making a public statement on it.
