RF President has repeatedly said there are grounds for the Eurasian Union: A young PAP

Today PAP announced about holding the First Eurasian Youth Conference in Tsaghkadzor from August 22 to 27 by the initiative of PAP youth and under the auspices of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
The declaration states, that the delegations of 14 countries are to discuss with the idea of creating the European Union with the Armenian side and a special declaration is to be signed at the end of the conference.
Lurer.com talked about this to the member of PAP Youth Committee, Public Relations Specialist Serob Gevorgyan.
In response to the question, that since there is no formed Eurasian structure, what is the First Eurasian Youth Conference supposed to mean, he responded: “There is no formed Eurasian structure yet, but if you follow the news, the RF President has repeatedly said that there are bases  and preconditions for the structure, and the construction process is already going on. Taking into account the position of our party leader, PAP youth union considered it right to organize this youth meeting, where the youth from 15 countries will get acquainted  to find means of cooperation and implement an experience exchange.”

It’s noted that the conference will be held under the auspices of Gagik Tsarukyan. Does this imply on Gagik Tsarukyan’s position of the Eurasian Union?

Both the PAP and Gagik Tsarukyan clarified their position concerning the Eurasian Union, and we, inferring from the course taken by the party, whether how much  we find it appropriate to join or not the Eurasian Union, as well as inferring from the many and multilateral contracts with the “Young Guard” of RF “United Russia” party we got this idea. This forum should be carried out in the result of this mutual cooperation, for the youth from 15 countries to get acquainted and to find means of mutual cooperation in various fields.”
Serob Gevorgyan noted that despite the fact that few countries announced about their official position of the Eurasian Union, but taking into account the importance of the forum, the response has been “quite serious”. He noted that even the youth of the Baltic countries is very excited to participate and that mainly the youth of Baltic and CIS countries will participate in the conference.

It’s noted, that a special declaration is to be signed at the end. Will it be on behalf of the participating parties or the countries?
