Two cars carrying tanks crashed: One of the tanks damaged a Jeep

Today, on August 13, an emergency situation has been created in the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. At about 9.30, on Tigran Mets street of Stepanakert, near the hospital 2 “Uragan” model cars, which were transporting tanks and going one after the other, caused a car accident.
As photo-journalist Gagik Shamshyan reports to Tert.am, the tank on the first “Uragan” falls and crashes the 2nd “Uragan” , the tank on which, in its turn, falls on Jeep 16 xx 111 model car, and after breaking it turns upside-down.
Gagik Shamshyan was informed from Stepanakert, that the “Uragans” carrying the tanks, were missing the insurance technical coupons.
