Russia
Gazprom Export signed four contracts with Turkish companies to export 6 billion cubic meters of gas until 2030, reports ITAR-TASS referring to sources close to Gazprom Export.
The signed new contracts will replace contracts of Russia of exporting gas to Turkey, deadline of which is the September of this year. Earlier Gazprom gas was exported to Turkey through Botas company.
After signing the contract, Turkish colleagues of Gazprom - Akfel Gaz, Bosphorus Gaz, Kibar Holding and ndex Holding have to receive a license of importing gas by the Turkish government.
Gas provided by the new contract will be given to the above mentioned companies through TransBaikal pipeline.
In 2011 gas exported to Turkey was 26 billion cubic meters, and in 2010 18.01 cubic meters.
