“Haykakan Zhamanak”: SCID didn’t interrogate Ruben Hayrapetyan appropriately

The newspaper reports that investigators of special cases investigative department didn’t interrogate Ruben Hayrapetyan appropriately.
Tigran Yegoryan, lawyer of the killed military doctor Vahe Avetyan’s successor, yesterday informed the reporter, that while familiarizing with the criminal case lots of circumstances arose, which doubt as to the whole investigative process. For instance, in Ruben Hayrapetyan’s testimony given on July 6 in SIS SCID, he stated that at that time he was in Sevan, then in football federation and made a phone call to find out the circumstances of the incident.
In other part of the testimony he states, that he’s not aware of the circumstances of the incident. “And the investigator ignores this circumstance, doesn’t pose any additional questions to him, like what did you clarify through the call, whom did you learn the incident from, what did you find out at the end and etc?”
According to Tigran Yegoryan there are serious doubts that working contracts attached to the criminal case, according to which 5 of the 6 arrestees are employees of Harsnakar security are fake and were sealed with the late date.
