Today an article was published in “Hraparak” newspaper, where ANC member, economist Movses Aristakesyan stated, that Hrant Bagratyan had made an attempt to appropriate dozens of committee works. He also noted that Hrant Bagratyan suffers from arrogance, and those projects are ANC’s, and not Hrant Bagratyan’s.

- Movses Aristakesyan notes that he has addressed you and ANC city council by a letter, in order to present on behalf of ANC, but didn’t receive any reply.
