Lecturer which subjected student to sexual offences gives explanation

Yesterday a letter was received to Vanadzor Police Department from Lori Prosecutor’s Office, that a 21 year-old student of Lori applied to them and announced that lecturer of art department of Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute, 32 year-old Aram Hambaryan subjected him to sexual offences against her will.
Police Public Relations and information Department confirmed this to Lurer.com. Materials are being prepared in Lori Police Investigative Department.
The lecturer appeared and gave explanations.
