“Hraparak”: Samvel Tadevosyan tries to prevent corruption risks

Hraparak reported earlier, that newly appointed Minister of Urban Development Samvel Tadevosyan tries to prevent corruption risks and explains it with the fact that we received such a command from the one he’s appointed i.e. from the President.
Corruption in this Ministry is mainly concentrated on urban planning state inspectorate, head of which is long-term employee Sevada Hayrapetyan, whom lots of Ministers tried to dismiss but failed, as he’s from Goris and he can settle matters personally with Serzh Sargsyan.
This time Minister is seriously inclined and his dismissal seems to be unavoidable, but we were informed that this time Sevada also evaded; turns out that less than a year is left for him to retire.
The Minister decided to wait that one year. But it’s not clear who whom will see off.
