If at the evening hours in front of the building of Yerevan city hall, near the children’s park, transvestites “are guarding”, owners of the city hall are street dogs.
At the same time the animals confirmed their night authority just downtown, beginning from the Opera house, Northern Avenue till the area of the city hall and circus. After this all one can imagine in which condition suburbs of Yerevan are.
