UNO to propose official accusation to Asaad

The UN Independent Commission for Human Rights report published on August 15 became the first official accusation towards Syrian state agencies. The commission was established for investigation of massive murders Hula city of Syria, where more than 100 people died. According to the report governmental troops are guilty in murders.
Experts of UNO concluded that massive murders, tortures, violence, including sexual violence towards the civil population, have been realized “according to state policy, which shows that the army leadership, security forces and state are included in it.”
The commission formed the list of concrete people which committed crime. The document is still kept secret. Rebels have also been accused of military crime, including murders and tortures. But, as it is stated, those tortures with their scale and degree of heaviness are not compatible with crime of governmental forces and their devotee armed groups. The report will be presented to UNO secretary general, which can suggest the Security Council to discuss it.
