Militants Attack Pakistani Air Force Base

The Pakistani armed forces inform that militants attacked the air force base near Islamabad. The raging battle lasted a few hours. Attackers attacked the air base territory early in the morning with military uniforms and bomber’s belts. The base is 60km away from Islamabad, in city of Kamra.

As a result of attack 8 militants and one soldier died. As policeman Hafeez Aulakh informed Associated Press, that shots began at about 2 am, local time.
