No one needs trial of Pussy Riot activists: Gorbachev

Last President of USSR Mikhail Gorbachev announced that there is no reason for legal action towards Pussy Riot punk band activists.
“I’m unbendingly of the opinion, that no one needs all this process. The case hasn’t legal character. It can be referred to some prestigious institution like, for instance, Public Chamber,” said Gorbachev in an interview with BBC Russian agency worker.
To note, on Friday the Moscow Khamovnichia court will pronounce the verdict on members of the punk band.
