Pretrial measure of Tokhmakh Mher’s Nephew changed

Today “Hraparak” Daily in one of its publications reported that NA MP Mher Sedrakyan’s (Tokhmakh Mher) nephew’s sanction of detention has changed and he’s been released. With prosecution’s petition the sanction of detention has changed with a bail bond.
In an interview with Lurer.com Attorney General’s press speaker Sona Truzyan informed, that “Pretrial measure has changed but he’s not released, he continues to carry the status of the accused. At the moment he’s an accused, but the pretrial measure has changed and measure was chosen not connected with detention.”
To note, Arman Badalyan was arrested on July 7. He was charged under Criminal Code with features of articles 258 and 235 (hooliganism and illegal weapons, ammunition, explosives acquiring, keeping, selling, transportation, carrying).
