Today is the deadline of familiarizing with the materials of the criminal case allotted to Vahe Avetyan’s successor’s barristers. On Monday the barristers will present petitions to the preliminary investigation body.
Earlier barristers petitioned to include restaurant owner Ruben Hayrapetyan as a suspect. According to barrister Tigran Yegoryan the preliminary investigation body hasn’t replied to the petition yet.
