Ruben Hayrapetyan regrets?

“Hraparak” Daily writes:
"Now we can say for sure, that Ruben Hayrapetyan’s announcement on July 3, about putting down his mandate, was a performance, put on by the presidential residence. Nemets, who tore Vahe Avetyan through his bodyguards in his own restaurant, has already forgotten his pathetic text and to the questions concerning this topic answers in the same gross manner as before.
The newspaper was interested in whether Ruben Hayrapetyan regretted during this time, or his friend Samvel Alexanyan persuaded him from putting down the mandate or not. The newspaper reminds, that though Hayrapetyan has announced about putting down his mandate, but in order to make it happen, certain legal procedures must be carried out.
According to the law “NA Regulation", the MP’s resignation from his mandate, should be submitted to the chairman of the National Assembly in a written form, who publishes it in the next NA session. After that, if the resigned MP does not take back his request of resignation in 15 days, then it is considered accepted, on which the NA chairman makes a protocol and sends to RA CEC. If Ruben Hayrapetyan’s resignations is published then, than it can be considered as accepted from September 25. Before that Ruben Hayrapetyan can take his resignation back at any moment.
It is known that Hayrapetyan’s resignation was submitted in the summer, when the National Assembly was on a vacation and NA next meeting is scheduled for September 10. That is, if everything goes well, he’ll be deprived of his mandate only in the end of September.
While taking into consideration Hayrapetyan’s current behavior, it is not excluded, that he regrets. And he has such an experience; once he publicly announced to the whole nation, that he will not be nominated as an MP candidate, then he regretted, saying “I was persuaded to be nominated”.
However, yesterday “Hraparak” tried to get information from Hayrapetyan, whether his resignation request is still in or not. And Nemetds practiced his pastoral vocabulary:
-I guess you don’t understand Armenian, do you? How long is it possible? How many times did I say don’t call me and interview.”
-We don’t want an interview. It’s just a comment.
- What is a comment? In any case, you comment very well, you are very well experts and know everything, what is that?
- We just want to know whether the issue of your putting down the mandate is in or you’ve regretted.
- It’s not your business what I am going to do…”
