I've come to receive my child from RA president: hunger-striker

Today, on August 20, David Tsaghikyan, former Police Colonel Lev Yesoyan’s ex -son-in-law has announced a hunger-strike in front of the presidential elections, because his father-in-law has deprived him of the opportunity to see his son.
David Tsaghikyan introduced the reality in the interview with Lurer.com. According to him, RA justice together with forensic scientific-experimental lab illegally deprived him of his son, by violating the mother law and implementing fraud.
"In 2008, the court, by implementing gross violations of the law, deprived me of the right to see my 6-year-old son. The reason was that I’m not the father of the child. The court had decided to appoint a forensic-medical examination, in order to check whether I’m the father of the child or not. The examination had to take place at Shota Vardanyan’s lab. Marina Baghdasaryan, the head of the lab delayed it for 2 months, didn’t make any record, and didn’t answer to any inquiry why the examination is not happening.
Encountering such illegalities, I applied to the court, in order to receive a respective reference document to detain the child by force and carry out the examination. But the court refused, saying the reference document should be provided by the examination center. And when my child was brought to the examination center accompanied by body guards, I wasn’t even allowed to approach him; a conflict arose and I was thrown out from there.
After that Marina Baghdasaryan “drew” for the court an expertise conclusion, according to which blood samples have been taken from my child, his mother and me, and as a result of the expertise I’m not the father of the child, while I officially announce that I haven’t given any blood sample.”
Tsaghikyan claims, that it’s been 4 years, that applies to different offices in persuasion of restoring the justice, but the problem not only remained unresolved, but he was also banned to see his own child by making a fake diploma and appointing the mother of the child as the director of the school, where Tsaghikyan’s son is going to study at.
“Already during the forensic process, my ex-wife’s father announced, that his daughter is immoral and the child is from another man. When I asked my ex-father-in-law who is the father of the child in that case, he announced, that he has slept with his daughter and he is the father of the child. And now RA officials support such a dirty family. That’s why I;ve come to receive my child from RA president,” the hunger-striker concluded.
