Today, rumor was spread in one of Armenian news websites, that the Armenian district of Aleppo is under the control of Syrian rebels.
Moreover, at present no means of communication operate in Aleppo, and it’ not possible to contact our compatriots. There is some rumor, that Armenians are closed at houses and don’t go out to the streets.
Lurer.com contacted the press secretary of Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan, who said in this regard: "We don’t have any official information, so I could deny or confirm."
Turns out, while Syrian Armenians are in fear and horror, FM of Armenia waits for official information. When will that information be received?
