Alarm was received that explosive was planted in Gyumri

On August 21 an alarm was received at 1.25 p.m. from the Delmar restaurant in Gyumri, Shirak Region. The caller said an explosive was planted in the restaurant. We were informed on this from the official website of MES.
A regional rescue group has arrived at the site to conduct a search.
