Actions bypassing UN resolutions are inadmissible: Russia, China

Moscow and Beijing consider inadmissible the violations of the norms of international law in Syria, Sergey Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of Russia announced.
On Tuesday Lavrov met with Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingo in Moscow to discuss foreign policy issues.
According to Russian Foreign Minister, the two countries are guided by very high criteria in their actions, BBC Russian reports. “That criteria are the necessity of the implementation of international norms and principals established by UN,” Lavrov announced.
Note, that earlier, Obama announced that his country can intervene in the conflict, if Syrian President Bashar al-Assad implements chemical weapons.
