“Hraparak”: Vardan Ghukasyan sells his city property with minor prices

Gyumri is anxious about Armenia’s most eccentric mayor Vardan Ghukasyan’s rises and current falls. Vardan Ghuksayan is enjoying the last months of his mayor position, and as it’s accepted in such cases, thoroughly studies the reverse side of the authority medal. There political opposition hatred and the staring attention of the city plunged in misery on the oligarkh which ruled for 13 years are observed.
The city forebodes that Samvel Balasanyan’s opponent won’t give up so easily. This is what a woman called Anna Minsova wrote to the newspaper: “Learning that he won’t be a mayor, Vardanik began to sell all his city property with minor prices. People surrounding him bought the lands and now he’s doing a favor, saying to come and take whatever they want, and not leave anything to Samvel. Vardanik also began to take the property, carpets and TVs of the City Hall.”
